Shipping Policy
We process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. Delivery timelines depend on your location, and once your order ships you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email.
Domestic orders within India typically arrive within 4-7 business days. We are also happy to ship internationally to select countries; delivery times for international orders generally range from 7-14 business days depending on customs clearance.
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Occasionally, remote locations or customs delays may extend delivery times beyond our estimates.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our dry fruits, saffron, shilajit, and honey are perishable, food-grade products, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened. However, your satisfaction matters to us, so we do offer the following options.
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will happily arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, minus any shipping costs already incurred.
Refunds
Once your return or replacement request is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
