Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been packed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, email contact@waadinut.com or call +91 9560617279 with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Returns
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed products for health and safety reasons. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery — please contact us first to initiate the request.
Refunds
Once a cancellation or return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available for cancellations requested after dispatch, opened or partially consumed products (except where damaged or defective), or requests made after the timeframes stated above.
